-Meet Sydney-
Hi! Welcome!
I am a 4th generation farmer, regenerative AG designer, and someone who believes that healthy land has the power to change lives—and that family farms are worth fighting for.
Some of my earliest memories are alongside my grandfather, learning that farming wasn't just about producing food. It was about caring for the land, respecting the animals, and leaving every acre better than you found it. I grew up with my hands in the soil, watching the seasons change and learning that nature has its own wisdom if we're willing to listen.
Those experiences shaped the way I see every property today. I don't believe land is something we simply manage. I believe it's something we build a relationship with.
Over the years, I've traveled across the country, working with farms and ranches in many different climates and landscapes. Every place has taught me something new, but one lesson has remained the same: when we work with nature instead of against it, the land becomes healthier, more productive, and more resilient.
My Native American heritage has also influenced the way I approach this work. It reminds me that the land isn't simply something we own—it's something we're entrusted to care for. That perspective guides every design I create.
Today, my mission goes beyond designing regenerative farms.
My mission is fixing failing farms.
Across the country, family farms and ranches are being sold because the land is no longer producing, the systems are no longer working, or the next generation never had the opportunity to learn what previous generations knew. Too often, decades—or even centuries—of hard work disappear in a single sale.
I believe those stories don't have to end that way.
I work alongside families to restore the health and productivity of their land while teaching them how to steward it with confidence. Together, we build systems that regenerate the soil, strengthen livestock, improve profitability, and create farms that can continue serving future generations.
Whether you're inheriting a family farm, bringing new life to struggling pastures, or starting your own regenerative operation, my goal is the same: to help you create a thriving, resilient farm that honors the legacy behind it while preparing it for the future.
Because regeneration isn't just about restoring the land.
It's about restoring hope, preserving family legacies, and ensuring the next generation has something worth inheriting.
When we care for the land, the land cares for us.
I'd be honored to help you continue that legacy.
