ABout the owner & president// Sydney raym

Founded and guided by Sydney Raym, a third-generation farmer and regenerative agriculture designer with lifelong, hands-on experience rooted in land, animals, and ecological systems.

"My experience is shaped as much by lineage and intuition as by lived experience in the land.

I was raised learning directly from my grandfather, where farming was not separated from life — it was relationship. From early childhood, I worked with soil, livestock, and seasonal rhythms, developing an intuitive understanding of how healthy ecosystems function when they are respected rather than controlled.  As a child, I learned through hands in soil, through animals, through seasons, and through presence. That early immersion formed the foundation of how I understand land today: not as something to manage, but something to listen to and care for.

My roots also carry Native American heritage, which deeply informs my work. From this lineage comes an understanding that land is not a resource, but a relative — alive, responsive, and deserving of respect. Regeneration, to me, is not a modern invention. It is a remembering of ways that honor balance, reciprocity, and long-term stewardship.

I have spent years traveling across the United States, working with farms in diverse climates, terrains, and ecosystems. Through this journey, I have worked with various ecosystems. Each place taught me something different — but all reinforced the same truth: when land is cared for with patience and reverence, it responds generously.

I am often called “Fertile Myrtle,” a nickname that reflects what others notice wherever I work — animals settle, plants flourish, systems soften and come alive. I believe this fertility comes not only from knowledge and technique, but from a feminine way of tending: attentive, intuitive, and relational. Regeneration is not forced; it is invited.

My approach blends practical experience with a deeply embodied understanding of life cycles, animal behavior, soil biology, and ecological rhythms. I design regenerative farms and ranches that are productive, resilient, and alive — systems that support both the land and the people who depend on it.

At its heart, my work is about nurturing life — honoring the intelligence already present in land, animals, and ecosystems, and creating the conditions for them to thrive naturally.

My background includes working dairy sheep, diversified livestock systems, and regenerative land practices that prioritize soil health, animal welfare, and long-term resilience.

Today, my work focuses on regenerative farm and ranch design, helping landholders build productive, resilient systems that restore soil biology, increase biodiversity, and support both ecological and economic sustainability. I design with respect for traditional agricultural wisdom while integrating modern regenerative practices that allow farms to flourish for generations to come.

Regeneration is not something we impose — it’s something we remember how to support." -SR
